Mechanical Work Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all mechanical repair and servicing work carried out by our company will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of completion.

This warranty covers faults directly resulting from the workmanship of repairs performed by us and any parts supplied and fitted by us that prove to be defective during the warranty period.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear of components.

Breakdown or failure of parts not supplied or repaired by us.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, racing, off-road use, or overloading.

Faults arising from lack of maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.

Consequential damage caused by the failure of unrelated vehicle components.

Consumable items, including but not limited to bulbs, fuses, filters, fluids, wiper blades, brake pads, and tyres, unless specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Vehicles modified after the repair has been completed.

Diagnostic charges where no fault relating to our workmanship is found.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

Retain the original invoice or receipt.

Report any suspected fault as soon as reasonably possible.

Stop using the vehicle if continued operation could cause further damage.

Allow us the opportunity to inspect and assess the vehicle before any third-party repairs are undertaken.
