Paint Spraying Terms & Conditions 
 

1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that all spray paint bodywork carried out by our company will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, subject to the terms and conditions below.
This warranty covers:
Peeling, flaking, or blistering of paint caused by defective workmanship.
Loss of adhesion resulting from improper preparation or application.
Defects directly attributable to materials supplied and applied by us.

2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Stone chips, scratches, dents, scuffs, or other impact damage.
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, or misuse.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, industrial fallout, bird droppings, tree sap, salt, or environmental contamination.
Corrosion, rust, or deterioration originating outside the repaired area.
Damage resulting from improper washing, polishing, waxing, or maintenance.
Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering.
Repairs, modifications, or repainting carried out by third parties.
Colour variations due to ageing or fading of existing paintwork.

3. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:
Inspect the work upon collection and report any concerns promptly.
Follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Avoid machine polishing, waxing, or applying protective coatings to newly painted surfaces for at least 30 days unless otherwise advised.
Maintain the vehicle in a reasonable condition and clean it using appropriate automotive products.

4. Warranty Claims

Any warranty claim must:

Be reported within the warranty period.

Include proof of payment or original invoice.

Allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle before any repair work is undertaken elsewhere.

Failure to provide inspection access may invalidate the warranty claim.
